Meet Lindsey

Lindsey was born and raised in Wilmington, NC and has always had a deep passion for animals. She has owned several dogs over the years, raised a litter of puppies, bunnies, ducks, chickens, and squirrels. Lindsey was the neighborhood “Dr. Doolittle.” After every hurricane she would search for abandoned baby squirrels that had fallen out of their nests. Each litter had to be bottle fed around the clock until they were old enough to eat nuts and berries and to be released back into the wild. However, they would often come back and “visit” Lindsey and eat nuts from her hand. Lindsey is currently “mom” to a dog named “Beau” and a cat named “Piggy”. In the future she would love to have more cats! She enjoys boating, spending time with friends, and painting when she is not working
